D-Star Gateway Registration Instructions

To annals your callsign with the D-Star network, please follow the steps listed beneath.

Annotation: While these instructions should work for any D-STAR gateway, the Denton County Amateur Radio Association cannot offering back up except to those already registered on the W5NGU gateway.

1. Open a spider web browser and enter https://dstargateway.dcara.net/Dstar.practice for the URL. Notice that you are using https and not http for the prefix and that the letter of the alphabet �D� is capitalized in the discussion �Dstar.exercise�. 2. You should see the web folio shown beneath. Click �Register� to brainstorm the New User registration process.

3. You should encounter the web page shown below. Click �Annals� to brainstorm the New User registration process. The following web page should be displayed.

4.Click on �Yep� to concur to the registration terms. Enter your callsign in the Callsign field IN UPPER CASE. Enter your full name in mixed case, and your electronic mail address.
Enter your new password in both fields. Passwords must be at least 8 characters in length and no longer than sixteen. Your web folio should wait similar to the 1 below (with your personal data shown). Click �OK� to proceed one time finished.

5. Your browser will display the following popup. Click OK to proceed on (Firefox shown)

6. The post-obit spider web page should be displayed. Click OK. Your registration request has been submitted for approval. The gateway administrator must at present log into the system to corroborate your asking.
